Door-to-door travel to the mountains
The driver collects passengers from a hotel, apartment, home, airport or another agreed location and takes them to the selected Zakopane address. A private transfer avoids changes and moving luggage between different services. The precise route and final destination affect the confirmed quote.
Choose the right vehicle
The Comfort car carries up to four passengers. With several large suitcases, two or three travellers may be more comfortable. The van carries groups of up to eight, but luggage capacity is limited when all seats are occupied. Send Grzegorz detailed information about bags and equipment before the reservation is confirmed.
Road and seasonal conditions
Journey time between Kraków and Zakopane depends on the time of day, season, weekend traffic, weather and temporary restrictions on the Zakopianka road. Any stated duration is therefore an estimate. A larger time margin is sensible during holidays, winter weekends and peak visitor periods.
One-way or return transfer
You may reserve a one-way ride to Zakopane or arrange a return journey. The return can take place on the same day or on another date, subject to availability. Send the pickup address, date, preferred time and information about any additional stops.
Zakopane and thermal baths
An individual quote can include Zakopane and selected thermal baths. Admission tickets are not included in transport prices. The itinerary, order of stops, waiting time and complete addresses must be agreed before departure.
Luggage and sports equipment
Skis, snowboards, oversized suitcases, pushchairs and other equipment must be declared before confirmation. A vehicle’s passenger-seat capacity does not automatically mean it can carry the same number of passengers together with large luggage. The driver will confirm the most suitable option.
