Pickup from your Kraków address
Your driver can collect you from a hotel, apartment, private address, office or another agreed point in Kraków. When booking, send the complete pickup address, preferred departure time, passenger count and luggage details. For airport arrivals, include the flight number. It helps organise the pickup, although the actual meeting time may also depend on immigration, baggage collection and current airport conditions.
Comfort car or van
The Comfort car carries up to four passengers and is best suited to a standard amount of luggage. With large suitcases, two or three passengers may travel more comfortably. The van carries groups of up to eight, but luggage capacity is limited when every seat is occupied. Please tell Grzegorz how many suitcases, pushchairs, sports items or oversized bags you will have before the booking is confirmed.
Allow enough time before departure
The recommended pickup time depends on your location in Kraków, the time of day, traffic and temporary road restrictions. ArtTaxi does not promise one fixed journey duration because road conditions can change. The driver may help you choose a sensible departure time, while the passenger should also follow the airline’s recommendations for arriving before check-in and security.
Airport arrival pickup
For arriving passengers, a meeting point can be agreed in advance. Pickup with a personalised name sign is available for the additional fee shown in the price information. Send the flight number, expected arrival time, passenger phone number and luggage details. If the flight schedule changes, contact the driver as soon as reasonably possible.

Artur accepts Comfort car reservations directly. Van bookings should be arranged directly with Grzegorz. WhatsApp is usually the easiest option. Send the route, date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage details and flight number. Availability and the final price are confirmed before the journey.
