A direct journey without changes
This service is intended for travellers who prefer to leave Kraków without changing vehicles or following a group transport timetable. The driver collects passengers from an agreed address and takes them to the selected arrival point near the Memorial. The pickup time, passenger count, luggage and return arrangements can all be discussed before the journey.
Hotel, apartment or airport pickup
The trip may start in central Kraków, another district, a hotel, private accommodation or Kraków Airport. The exact pickup point affects the final quote, which is why the website displays a starting price. For airport collection, send your flight number, arrival time and expected luggage amount.
Comfort car or group van
The Comfort car carries up to four passengers. With several large suitcases, two or three people may travel more comfortably. The van is suitable for families and groups of up to eight. Luggage capacity becomes limited when all eight passenger seats are occupied, so the number and size of bags must be agreed with Grzegorz before departure.
Estimated journey time
Travel time depends on the pickup address, time of day, road traffic and temporary restrictions. A map estimate should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival time. When planning the visit, allow enough time for the booked museum entry and for walking from the drop-off area to the correct entrance.
Return journey and additional stops
You may book a one-way ride, arrange collection after the visit or request an individual quote that includes waiting time. Auschwitz and Wieliczka can also be combined in one itinerary. Additional stops, waiting or a changed route affect the final price and must be agreed before departure.
Museum tickets
The transfer price covers transport only. Museum entry tickets and reservations are not included. Travellers are responsible for checking the current visitor rules and securing admission. Sending your booked entry time helps the driver suggest a suitable pickup time in Kraków.
