Arrival at the agreed time
A private transfer can start at your hotel, apartment, home or another selected pickup point. There is no need to travel to a bus or train station with luggage. When booking, send the complete pickup address, scheduled tour time, passenger count and luggage information.
For couples, families and groups
The Comfort car carries up to four passengers and is a practical option for couples, families and small groups. The van carries up to eight. When every seat is used, luggage information becomes especially important because available storage depends on the number of occupied passenger seats.
Travel time varies
Wieliczka is close to Kraków, but the actual journey time changes with the pickup district, time of day, traffic and roadworks. Plan a reasonable margin and allow time to locate the correct entrance. The driver cannot guarantee the estimate displayed by a navigation application.
Pickup after the tour
You may book transport only to Wieliczka or also arrange a return journey to Kraków. It is best to agree on the meeting time before departure. If your plans may change, tell the driver. Waiting time and additional stops are quoted individually.
Combine Wieliczka and Auschwitz
A sample Kraków–Auschwitz–Wieliczka–Kraków itinerary is available for travellers planning two attractions in one day. The order, entry times, stops and waiting period require confirmation. This is a longer itinerary than a simple direct transfer and must be agreed in advance.
Salt Mine admission
The transport price does not include admission to the Salt Mine. Travellers should check current tour times, available visitor routes and entry conditions independently. Sending your reservation time makes it easier to plan the Kraków pickup.
