Airport pickup and waiting
We monitor your flight and adjust pickup to the actual arrival time. Send your flight number, arrival date, passenger phone number and luggage details. Agree the airport meeting point with Artur before travel. Airport waiting up to 60 minutes is charged additionally from 30 PLN. Confirm when the waiting period starts when booking. If your flight changes or you expect a longer wait, contact Artur to agree further arrangements.
Direct to your Zakopane address
Travel directly from Krakow Airport to your hotel, apartment or agreed address in Zakopane in a private Comfort car. There are no shared passengers or vehicle changes. Send the full accommodation address before booking. The drive usually takes approximately 2–2.5 hours. Road traffic, weather and holiday periods can extend it; confirm the estimate for your pickup date and destination with Artur. A return journey is arranged separately.
Toyota Corolla Comfort
Travel in a Toyota Corolla Comfort with Artur, for up to 4 passengers. Send the number and size of bags before booking; four seats do not guarantee space for four large suitcases.
Booking with Artur
Send Artur your arrival date, flight number, passenger count, luggage details and hotel or accommodation address in Zakopane. A message is an enquiry: availability, final price, payment and any changes or cancellation conditions require confirmation before travel. Messages can be sent 24 hours a day, including Sundays.
